Double Room in Brixton next to Brockwell Park!

I will be, sadly, moving out this amazing house in Brixton after a few years and many memories here as I've just bought a place.

The room is split into two spaces as you can see in the pictures. You can do whatever you want with the second outer part. Rilwan curently has it as an office area, my friend Amelia made it a walk in wardrobe, we even had a ballpit in there at one point. 🤣

There's a lovely suntrap of a garden where we've had many a barbeque and projected films on the wall, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and you're a 1 minute walk away from Brockwell Park; with a Tesco Express right across the road which has been a huge time-saver over the years. There's also a big Sainsburys 10 minutes down the road.

It's a 15-20 minute walk away from Brixton tube station, a 15 minute walk away from Hern Hill station, and a 15 minute walk away from Tulse Hill train station. Both train stations operate 'Southern' and 'Thameslink' train lines. There's also a bus stop right outside where the number 2, 432 and 415 stop.

You'd be living with Johnny, who works in a nursery, Joe, who is an actor and currently performing in the West End and Rilwan who works in NHS Operations; as well as one other new person moving in since my friend Andy who lives here is moving in with his girlfriend. (You may have even seen the other ad).

We're a very laid back bunch and enjoy all London has to offer. We're not massively particular. A new housemate needs to simply be someone who is kind, considerate and respectful as a. housemate.

Bills come to roughly £110 pcm.
