Double room with tons of storage space in Brixton

I am looking for a new flatmate to share the two-bed flat I currently live in. Ideally a professional who is friendly and would be happy to hang out with me and my little dog every now and then!

The room is a spacious double with a king size bed, two huge built in closets and a chest of drawers. The second chest of drawers that you see in the pictures will be moved so there is extra space (e. g. you could fit a desk).

The flat is a spacious and comfy two-bed flat that comprises:

- two double rooms
- separate kitchen with everything you need
- bright and big living room; it has a comfy sofa, tv and table with chairs, and is perfect for socialising. I currently work there but will be moving my desk to my room so you can also put your desk there if you prefer
- bathroom (with a bathtub, lovely)
- small storage room (with some free space for you to use)

The flat is lovely, well equipped and is only shared with me so plenty of space and comfort. I have a 12-year old small dog called Trilly - I take care of her but she does enjoy company so I'm definitely looking for a dog lover.

I'm hoping to find someone who is fairly neat and tidy, friendly and drama free. It's a quiet flat but I do enjoy some socialising.

It's available from 1 August but there's some flexibility.
