I am looking for someone to take over renting my double room in a 4 bedroom house between Brixton and Clapham North. The house is spacious with a large kitchen, communal living spaces and garden. The house is located a 10 minute walk from both Brixton and Clapham North station.
You will be living with the three remaining housemates (Alex, Eva, and George) who spend their time split between working from home and in the office. All sociable, enjoy going for beers, binge Nettlix and watching sports etc (standard stuff).
The room has loads of storage and shelves, and is just down the hall from one of two bathrooms.
Sad to be leaving this house share and you’ll be joining a great bunch of people. We’re ideally looking for someone who will fit in to the house dynamic well, as we all get on really well.
The room is available from 7th July but we can be flexible.
