Available from 14th July for a 6 month sublet (until the start of January), with the potential to join the lease from then.

Rent is £1,000pcm and bills work out to roughly £125pcm.

FLAT
Maisonette flat with an open plan living room/kitchen with views across the London skyline. Fully furnished large room with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and mirror.

FLATMATES
You’ll be living with two lovely girls - Riv and Marya both aged 29. They’re both sociable and enjoy hanging out together but equally both have their own lives outside of the flat.

LOCATION
We’re about a 10 minute walk to Brixton tube and 15-20 minute walk to Stockwell tube. We have a bus stop a 2 minute walk away, with direct buses into the city (159, 59, 2 and 133).
