Double rooms available in our Brixton cottage.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s very much a home rather than a flat share and we are looking for someone who fits in well. Everyone has their own space but we love to chill together over a glass of wine and dating disaster stories in the evenings.
The available room is the smallest and a cosy double, but has double bed with storage, bedside table and wardrobe. There is also shared coat and shoe storage downstairs and space in the bathroom. This room is available long term.
I manage the property for a friend who owns the house and live here myself. It’s a lovely, friendly street with great neighbours and walking distance to Brixton, Brockwell Park, Clapham Balham and Streatham.
Bills are an additional £159 pcm
