Double bedroom in big house share in Brixton Hill.

Large living room and separate kitchen with a garden for summer BBQs. All bills included (including fortnightly cleaner).

You'll be sharing the house with 2 girls, both friendly and sociable. The house is on a quiet street, so no traffic noise, plus it's spacious so plenty of room for hanging out together watching telly, cooking etc or having a bit of your own space. Don't mind a guy or a girl, just someone who's relaxed and friendly to join our happy house.

We have a cleaner but we generally keep the house clean and tidy so looking for someone who's used to cleaning up after themselves.

We both work hybrid with a mix of home/office and ideally would like someone also working hybrid or in the office.

The room is a good sized double, over looking the garden. The room comes furnished with king sized bed and wardrobe. There's also room for a desk.

Brixton / Clapham Common / Clapham North tubes are about 10 minutes away by bus, with loads of buses every 2 minutes. Also a Sainsburys Local and Tesco Express 5 mins walk away.
