Perfect if you're looking to spend summer in London, or for somewhere until you find your permanent London home!

The flat is on lovely Trent Road, a beautiful and quiet South London street of Victorian houses, a short walk from Brockwell Park. It's a 12 minute walk or short bus ride to Brixton station.

2 bedrooms, ideal for a couple or friends sharing!

- The master bedroom comes with a king size bed. The second bedroom is smaller, currently used as a home office. It has a single bed which can be converted to a double if needed
- Modern bathroom with underfloor heating
- Recently refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and grinder+++.
- Open-plan living room with a cosy sofa and dining table for dinners with friends
- Plenty of natural light in the bright south facing kitchen/living room
- A lovely and extremely reliable cleaner comes every 2nd Friday and does a thorough job - leaving the flat is sparkly clean leaving you to enjoy your weekend!

The flat will come fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, duvets, towels, ironing boards and hair dryer, food processor, coffee machine +++ - think of it as a well-equipped AirBnB where all you need to bring is yourself, your toothbrush and a change of clothes! Everything else will be taken care of.

This includes your bills - broadband, gas, electricity, council tax and water will be inclusive in the rent. Easy peasy!

NO DEPOSIT: Rent payable upfront - no deposit needed.

REFERENCES: I will need a reference from your employer/school/uni and a previous landlord.

The flat is suitable for a maximum of 3 people
