Brixton Flat Next To Brockwell Park

Our lovely flatmates are unfortunately leaving us and all moving in with their boyfriends 😭 We are looking for 3 girls to join our 6 bed house in the heart of Brixton, a stone’s throw away from Brockwell Park.

ROOMS: 3 double rooms come furnished. 2 larger and 1 slightly smaller. We have a cellar which you can also use as extra storage.

HOUSE: Large Victorian house on a quiet street with a small garden (perfect for mini bbqs), large living room, x4 bathrooms.

TRANSPORT/LOCATION: 7 mins walk to Brixton station and 10 mins to Herne Hill station – the property really is in the dream location as you have the balance between the hustle and bustle that Brixton offers but also a 1 minute walk from Brockwell Park!

US: We are x3 gals 26-27 (Grace, Cath and Mel) and have all lived in the property for at least a year! We all lead busy lives, but very much hangout with each other on a regular basis. This includes movie nights & cooking, holidays and of course regular nights out. We all work between both the office and at home so happy to accommodate similar people.

YOU: We'd like to recruit a like-minded, open and life-loving person to not just live in the room but become part of the house. We have integrated our friendship groups and are very open to doing the same.

MOVE IN DATE: 12th August (Min stay is 1x year with a break clause of 6 months)

Plus bills (approx. £100 a month and included a bi-weekly cleaner)

DEPOSIT: £1108 paid straight to our rental agency
