Fully furnished double bedroom in North Brixton. The flat is across two floors, with great natural light and high ceilings. It features a large living room with working fireplace, 55” 4K TV, a balcony and great storage (including full loft usage). It is also well-suited for homeworking.

Location – The flat is in a residential area with friendly neighbours, while also being a short walk to Brixton’s vibrant nightlife. It is just off Coldharbour Lane and Brixton road, both with a host of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. Great green spaces are nearby, including Myatt’s Fields (5 min walk) and Ruskin Park (10 min walk), with varied sports facilities.

Transport – Brixton underground (10 min walk) gives quick travel into central London and the Victoria line’s night tube. Loughborough Junction (5 min walk) provides easy train travel across and outside of London. Several reliable bus routes are nearby (including 24/7 buses) and it is well connected for cycling.

Flatmates – We are looking for someone friendly and clean to join the 3 of us. I work on climate change strategy in Westminster. I enjoy night outs as much as a quiet night in and staying fit. Hannah (30) is an American Masters student and my partner Pilar (29) is a Spanish designer. We’re sociable while also respecting others’ down time. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Rent is £1200/month, deposit is £500. Bills are £210/month, which includes electricity, gas, water and full fibre broadband (fast 500Mb/s speed). I handle all the admin/cleaning of the flat and can be on hand 24/7 for any issues. Council tax band C. Move-in date from 30th July.
