Double Room on Brick Lane

We have a large double bedroom available in our 3-story, 5 bedroom house share on Brick Lane, E1. We're looking for a professional, in their late 20s/early 30s who can join us – someone who's warm, down to earth and has their own thing going on, but finds time to chat and is available for drinks sometimes.
We'd like someone who's respectful and will help us keep the place clean and tidy (this is important). Sadly no couples or pets.

– – The room – –
The room comes furnished and is on the top floor, rear side of the house and brings amazing natural light. It also is the quietest room and you can rarely hear the noise of Brick Lane.

– – The house – –
We have a large kitchen/dining room and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one just a WC). We don't have a shared living room, but our rooms are large enough that we all have our own “sofa area”.

Charlie (England, 29, freelance video-editor), Martina (Italy, 30, communications manager), Rose (Iran, 29, graphic designer), Henry (England, 26, artist).

– – Location & transport – –
The house is in an incredible location, opposite the Brick Lane food market in the Truman Brewery, two minutes from Spitalfields Market, close to Whitechapel Gallery, Redchurch Street, Bethnal Green etc etc. Transport wise, it's 10 minutes to Liverpool Street and 5 minutes to Aldgate East or Shoreditch High Street.

Cost – £688.13 per month (might go slightly up with August yearly renewal)
Bills – around £100 per month (this goes down in warmer months)
Deposit – £822 (this is put into the TDS by the landlord)
Availability – early August (date to be confirmed)
