Young Female Professionals Flat in East London

Hi all,

I am moving in with my partner next month, so I am leaving my current place in East London, E3. The room will be available Sun 21st July, but relatively flexible if a bit before or after.

You will be joining 3 other lovely girls, all young working professionals in their mid to late 20s, two work in law and one works at a nursery school. We really enjoy hanging out outside of the flat, sometimes that's brunch, cinema, street parties, etc. and support each other if one is having a good or bad day but we also have quiet nights when everyone is doing their own thing. We also have a WhatsApp group with our landlord, so any issues they are easily reachable.

In the flat there is one toilet, plus one toilet/shower, kitchen, living room, a big storage room.

Details per month:
Rent: £850 (not including bills)
Council tax: £31 (band C)
Total pay each month to landlord: £881 (bills done ourselves).
Wifi: £5.75
Water: around £27
Gas & Electric: Varies summer&winter
Deposit: £425
The landlord usually offers 1 year contracts, however with a 1 month notice to move out available.
