Bright room near Bow Church

Hello!

Sadly, my wonderful flatmate moves back to her hometown, so i am looking for a replacement to take over this comfortable and furnished double room in Bow.
You'll be sharing with two people, Rebecca, works as a translator, and me, Michael, working at the University in Science, from germany, but still good banter, (surprisingly according friends)

The room is £820 a month and additional costs never exceed £70/month for council tax and bills in the past.
You'll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person, the second bathroom is an en suite.
The flat itself has a big open plan living room/dinning room/kitchen. The flat also has a good sized patio which is good in summer.
The location is great, very close to DLR and tube station, < 5 minute walk. There are a lot of good pubs and a couple of nice cafes
Victoria Park is walking distance. Bus stop is right outside, it's a quick journey into Hackney or into central London.
