I’m moving out of my room and looking for someone to replace me by July 13th.
The property is a 6 bedroom maisonette with 2 female flatmates and 3 male flatmates - this is a houseshare and some are moving out within the next few months.
Our tenancy is until September but I am moving to Brighton so looking for someone to replace me with the option to renew the contract for another year come september.
Very well located - 10 minutes to Stratford by DLR (Devon’s Road Station is 8 minute walk away).
15 minute walk to Mile End central line or Bow Road District line.
The room has a double bed and is decently sized - comes with a sofa, wardrobe, drawers, and access to the garden.
