Taking over tenancy in large double bedroom.

Looking for someone to take over my lease (ending at the end of November and the landlord has agreed to extend if you want to)!

A very large double bed, bedroom in a four bedroom house in Bow. The house has one bathroom (shared between three people) and an additional toilet. The house has a great kitchen, living area and garden. It is a 10min walk away from Bow Road Station, a 15min walk from Mile End Station. You’re a 5min walk from Victoria Park and right next to Roman Road which has tons of shops, the famous Roman Road market, a Tesco, a 24 hour Gym and many other delights. The landlords are responsive and the house is taken care of.

I have been living here for three years and am sad to leave but am moving in with my partner so I'm also excited.

You would be living with Davina (23 they/them, on a graduate scheme), Dunni (25 she/they, a consultant and writer) and Eleanor (26 she/her, working in marketing for the FT)! The house loves cooking and eating together and hanging out while also having our own space. The house is quite large which allows for a lot of privacy but also the living area is a good space to hang out and gossip.

The rent is 788.77GBP a month, bills are ~80/90GBP a month and the deposit is 900GBP paid to the landlord.

Move in date is the 8th of August (when rent is due) but we would like to have everything finalized before then! Please message me if you’re interested and we will arrange viewings for the week of the 24th - the 29th of June and will put you in touch with the landlord by the 1st of July!

The house is great and the area is wonderful! It is a BIPOC and queer friendly house and looking for a professional with similar values to move in!
