Double room in Borough

Hi!
Moving out of London so leaving my double room up for grabs. Ideally mid/end of Aug but can be flexible.

You'll be sharing a flat near Borough Station with other 2 girls, both working and 26 years old.

The room:
- Double bed
-Quite spacious, fits a desk and chair quite comfortably
-Great closet😌 space for suitcases, bedding, everything
-Weird but conveniently, has a shower inside. Not a full ensuite but definitely an advantage to have your own shower and sink

Flat is spacious, with a mezzanine inside the living room, kitchen has all the appliances you need. Vibe is very chill, occasionally flat outings to the cinema and to Borough mkt (10mins walk), but also everyone has their own thing going.
Not a hardcore party flat.

We'd like to find a girl, working between 25-30ish years old that fits the chill and nice vibe.

A deposit of £1,346 and reference checks are required by our Agency.
