The flat is 2 bed 1 bath located on the 4th floor (with lift) and close to Borough/Elephant & Castle, the Northern/Bakerloo/Jubilee line and the building has a rooftop offering an amazing view of the city. The room comes furnished with bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Washing machine and dishwasher are in the flat, with modern furnishing.
The total rent is £2,050pcm (£1,025 pp) without bills, which are approximately £170pp.
IMPORTANT: You will be taking over my flatmate’s tenancy agreement, with ending date being 9th December 2025.
