I am sadly going to be leaving my lovely, large and bright bedroom in my current flat-share to move in with my partner.

The kitchen is super spacious and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and all sorts of appliances. By the time this AD goes up the kitchen will have been updated too so you'll have a brand new kitchen to use!

On top of all of this the apartment is ideally located!

The area is safe and friendly. There are multiple tube stops in close walking distance: Borough Station (5 min walk), London Bridge (10 min walk) and Elephant and Castle (10 min walk) are all easily accessible, as well as numerous bus routes.

The area also offers plenty of options for social life including Borough Market, Bermondsey Street, Mercato Metropolitano, the Southbank etc.

Lastly, the property benefits from a bike shed, car park and well-maintained communal gardens accessible only to residents, offering a calm retreat within this central location.

You'll be sharing the flat with two other young professionals who want to maintain a clean and relaxed environment that we already have in the flat. But they are always up for a chat too!
