September/October Sublet

Hey girls,

Looking for someone to sublet my double bedroom in a wonderful shared flat in zone 1 for 7 weeks from September 4th to October 23rd for £1600 (ca 230 per week) for the full period with all bills included (wifi, gas/electric, cleaner every 2 weeks (and she's sooo lovely), council tax, water, misc bits and bobs that go on the splitwise).
The flat comes with 3 lovely flatmates, a shared kitchen/living area and bathroom. The room itself is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and dresser.
Its 3 minutes from borough station and 10 minutes from london bridge with a puregym, moreyoga, library, borough market, lidl and multiple sainsburys/tescos in a 10 minute radius.

I've loved this flat for almost 3 years now and I'm sure you'll make some core memories here too, even if just for the short term.
