After 3 years living in this beautiful flatshare I decided to move and I'm looking for someone to take my stunning room in Zone 1.

Location is prime, 5 mins from Borough and 10 mins from London Bridge. Couldn't be more central!

About the current flat:
The flat is quite cheap for what it is because our landlord is a very decent guy, who always kept the rent quite low. It's a split level flat with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms on one level and 2 of the rooms on the top. It's very nice and quiet, with a couple of parks around.

You could be sharing with 2 of my flatmates, both professional females, Portuguese and French Mexican. There is a cat called Natasha, who is a very sweet and curious addition to our cosy flat.

This is a tidy and bright flat, where everyone respect each other's space but we are always up for a chat and a glass or two in the living room.

Price is about £950: rent is £834 + £100 bills per month.

I'm really sorry to be leaving the flat but I will be moving out of the city center to move in with a friend.
