Spend September and October (with potential for extension) in a superb flat located in the heart of Bethnal Green, with Columbia Rd, Broadway Market, Victoria Park and London Fields on your doorstep.
Cosy double room available in a bright and airy 3 bed, sharing with two females aged 32-40 and a flat cat. We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful. We are not a party house but spend time cooking and watching tv together, often with a bottle of wine.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe and shelf unit. Please not if you are wfh, there is no desk incl in the room. I work from the kitchen table in the communal living room.
It’s a great flat that feels like home, and I’m subletting whilst I go away for a few months.
Deposit is £500 and £1100 a month for the room, with bills included.
