Bargain Double Room

Hello,
Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving to be closer to her work.
The room will be available from the earliest 1st July.

The flat has a relatively new kitchen and bathroom and all the basic amenities including a tumble dryer and large fridge. The flat also has small storage cupboard and space for a bike outside.

THE ROOM
The room comes furnished with a bed and double glazed windows incl. The previous flatmate purchased the large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table for the room, which can be bought for a total of £100 (original price £283). The furniture was purchased 13 months ago and is in pristine condition.

BILLS
£675 deposit
£675 rent per month, bills INCLUDED (except TV licence)
from your move in date: one off £427.5 for 1st July - 19th July.
From 20th July you will pay regular rent.

We have a great relationship with our landlord and he’s quite responsive to all our requests.

Please note there is no separate living room but the kitchen works great as communal space to catch up.

We (Louise and Evgenia) are looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate to join us and make this flat a nice and welcoming home for all and preferably can stay min. 1 year.
Everyone should be happy to clean up after themselves to keep the communal areas tidy, we also have a weekly cleaning rota.

We know everyone has their busy lives but ideally we're looking for someone who's happy to have a drink/tea in the evening, occasionally cook or have dinner together or go to the pub etc.

THE AREA
The area is great and there’s loads to do, with markets, pubs, coffee shops and Victoria Park close by (approx. 8min walk).

A bit about ourselves, Louise works as a speech and language therapist in local schools. In my spare time I'm often swimming at the lido, exploring new places in London or enjoying some board games and a pint at the pub. I also enjoy theatre, music/comedy gigs as well as the odd bit of knitting and sewing when the creative mood strikes.

Evgenia is a Data Scientist. I’m passionate about outdoor activities, especially bouldering and cycling. In my spare time, I love catching flights, and dancing with friends. I’m very friendly and always keen to make new friends.. I have a cat, Tygra, who mostly stays in my room, but is occasionally let out the room to explore.
