We have a large bright double room to sublet from 1st July - 29th August in our 5 bed flat.

Rent and bills come to £750 each month.

🛌 The room comes with a double bed and large triple wardrobe.

🏡 The flat is spread over two floors with a living room, large kitchen with a dining area, and we are lucky enough to have a large outdoor space. There is plenty of storage space and upstairs there is a bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower and another separate toilet.

📍The flat is located extremely close to the Bethnal Green central line with one stop to Liverpool Street and the overground is also close by. We have a bus stop on our doorstep (8, 106, 254, 309, 388, D3). We are walking distance to the city, Shoreditch and Victoria Park and also have plenty of bars and cafes around us. Despite the central location the flat is secure and very quiet.

ABOUT YOU - This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household. We are looking for a professional female (23+ only) who is clean, tidy and respectful of noise during the working week.

You will also need to have a full time job.

There are currently 5 girls living here (ages 24-28) and whilst we all enjoy our own space we are definitely more friends than flatmates.
