Sadly my flatmates are moving out to live with their partners/buying a home so there are three rooms available.

About the rooms:
- Room 1: £930 per month, £1073 deposit
- Room 2: £895 per month, £1032 deposit
- Room 3: £875 per month, £1009 deposit
- Deposits are kept in deposit scheme with landlord
- Bills not included (around £60-£90 per month)
- Available from 28th August,

- All rooms come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Contract is a rolling 12 month tenancy renewing from August
- No couples

- 4 bed flat
- 2 bathrooms
- Separate kitchen and a huge living room
- On the 2nd floor (no lift)
