Hello!
I am currently moving out of my flat and will need someone to replace me.
The house has a shared living room and kitchen.
It's around 20 minutes from both Elephant and Castle station (Bakerloo and Northern) and Bermondsey Station (Jubilee)
The house is place 10 minute walk from Burgess Park, in a very quiet street. Huge asda and Tesco 8 minute walk.
The other flatmate would be a 42 year old woman. She is very clean and quiet.
We would prefer a spanish speaking flatmate to move in, but she speaks English as well.
The room includes a double bed and two bedside tables. It also has a built in wardrobe.
