Room in Zone 1, 5-10min to London Bridge, 1 August

I am looking for someone to take over my room from 1 August 2024. The flat is very central and just a 5-10min walk away from London Bridge and Borough stations.

The room is furnished with a bed (incl. mattress), a wardrobe, and a night stand.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with three flatmates who are all very nice and easygoing.

Rent is currently £1000/month and all bills are included. Rent might increase in the ballpark of £30-50/m with the new contract. Deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks of rent. The tenancy length is 12 month with an option to renew.
