Hello!
We have a double room available from the 9th of September 2024 in a beautiful apartment. The bedroom is fully furnished, with a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables. Even though the apartment is on vibrant Bermondsey Street, the bedroom faces a very quiet courtyard, so you will have the best of both worlds!
The property has a well-proportioned dining-living room that opens into the kitchen. The apartment is on the 2nd and 1/2 floor and benefits from a concierge. There is also free bike parking.
You will be sharing with Maria (29 years old, Architect). I'm very sad to leave her, but I'm moving to another country.
The apartment is very close to London Bridge and Borough Station (10-minute walk).
We are currently paying £74.50 per person for council tax. Bills are not included, but I can give you an average of what we are currently paying if you are interested.
