My flatmate is moving out, so we have one room available in our lovely duplex flat. So we are looking for 1 girl!

I am UAL LCC student, south korean, and my friend King's College student, a british korean.

Upper Floor: Living room, guest bathroom, and kitchen.
Lower Floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (1 shared bathrooms, and 1 ensuite bedroom. You will share one bathroom with me!)

Washing machine, Dish washer, Oven, Induction, Nespresso Machine, Dish Washer available.

we are looking for someone who doesn't have to pay council tax. I am an international student, so we are looking for someone who can pay 12 months' rent in advance. The contract starts on the 20th of September, and the property contract is with JLL, which is a safe and reliable company. All three names will be on the contract, and payments will be made online. We successfully completed a one-year contract before without any issues.
