**4TH FLATMATE WANTED AUGUST**

Hi!! Me, Jake Dyer and Amir Kenbar are looking for a fourth flatmate to join our house in Bermondsey 🤪

Details:

• Modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Maisonette with garden in prime Bermondsey location.

• Rent is £987.50 and around £45-70 for all other bills (electricity, gas/water, wifi, and council tax).

• Move in: 17th August 2024 and contract is 12 months with opportunity to renew.

• 10 minute walk to Bermondsey station and 15-20 minute walk to London Bridge. City is right at your feet with only a 10 minute cycle to bank. Also great bus links right outside house going most places. Shops and amenties two minutes walk.

We are looking for:

• Importantly a friend and not just a flatmate. We are all very close and spend time together as a flat.

• Someone who is respectful and tidy.

• Social, wants to get involved (gatherings, dinner, movies etc) and doesn't mind the occasional gathering.

• Someone happy to share household items with us.

• Must be pet friendly as we have a little hedgehog Doja and two sugar gliders Gigi and Mimi who we absolutely adore.

About us

Jake: 24 year old trainee lawyer from Nottingham. Always up for a pint 🍻 Enjoys watching and playing sports and to be avoided when Liverpool is playing. Bosh.

Amir: 25 year old (prepare yourselves) also a trainee lawyer 😳 Loves to travel, gym and can talk for Scotland (his entire personality trait). The house chef 👨‍🍳 and in house Barista ☕️. Dad of the house and will not hesistate to express disappointment in sink situation 🤣

Ffion: 26 year old working for a survivors support charity. Whole personality trait is going to Glastonbury 💃🏻. Plays netball professionally (or so she likes to thinks 🏐). Regularly found at the pub or napping. Partial to a day out, natter and a movie night 🙂
