I am the existing tenant at this gorgeous 3-bed flat in centrally located Belsize Park.

The flat is a stone's throw away from Belsize Park tube station (Northern Line), with three bus stops within a 10-30 second walk away (bus routes 1, C11, N5, and 46, 268, 24, and others a mere 3-4 minute walk away). The street has wonderful restaurants, cafes, a tennis club, and even a cinema. Camden High Street is a 10-12 minute walk away, or a 5-minute journey on the tube. It is an extremely safe and a very friendly neighbourhood with a true village-feel, with many locals having lived in the area for many years. Hampstead Heath is in one direction, and Primrose Hill in the other. Both a 10-minute walk away.

The room is a MASSIVE double room, with three large windows overlooking the lovely tree-lined street. It is very modern and has a fireplace as well. Comes with a bed, desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is enough space to put a sofa, or a separate sitting area in the room.

The flat is also big and very pretty, with one bathroom, an open kitchen and a cozy shared living space.

Looking for clean (please!), friendly and respectful flatmates. Couples welcome and preferred. LGBTQ+ friendly.

All bills included except wifi which is £21 per month in total split between the housemates, and Council Tax (Band E) which is around £150 for the flat, again, split between the occupants.
