We are looking for a professional / Student to join the house for a short term lease of one month with the potential to review at the end of the tenancy.

The bedroom is part of a four bedroom terrace house based in the 'diamond building conservation' area of Battersea. The house is situated in a quiet, well kept and family orientated neighbourhood. The house is complimented with a large reception / dining room, kitchen, bathroom & WC, spread over three storeys with a basement and rear garden that captures the morning sun.

The current tenants are working professionals that work in The City Of London. One Director, Head of Private Equity & Venture, a Management Accountant and a Technical Support Engineer. All are great friends and great company.
