Two lovely bright double rooms are available in a gorgeous ground floor flat. The flat has 3 double bedrooms total, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a kitchen/living room with a dining table nook and a washing machine/utility area.

You’ll be living with lovely Eva, a professional in her 20s, looking for flatmates who want a friendly and sociable flat, and enjoy the occasional after-work drink and pub quiz , but also respect one another’s space and downtime of course.

Both rooms come with a double bed and mattress, and two really fantastically roomy wardrobes. As you can see from the pictures, there is also plenty of space for other furniture including a desk or dresser (these aren’t included).

The location is incredibly convenient - a short walk from Clapham Junction station (12mins), with excellent bus routes to Vauxhall, Victoria, Liverpool Street and Battersea Power Station. The area always feels very safe, right opposite The Woodman, a very sweet country-style pub and a small piano bar recently opened up the road. In Battersea Square, there’s a tapas bar, a Gail’s, a creperie and more!

Rent is £900pp a month for both of the rooms. Bills (water, gas and electricity, WiFi) are sorted separately and come to around £80pp per month, and council tax is £23.11pp per month.
