This room is situated in a privately owned block of flats with amazing bus and rail connections. A 9 minute walk to platform 1 at Clapham junction. We do have a communal garden and also secure underground bike locking. we also have a car park if you need it.

About your flatmate: 
You would be sharing this two bed / two bathroom top floor flat (2nd floor no lift)  with a professional woman in her late 30's. I have been living in London for the last 8 years.

I am a professional  working in the city, usually in the office Monday to Thursday and WFH on friday. However, I'm allowed to WFH 2 days per week and sometimes I do it. but most of the time you will have the flat for yourself if you need to WFH.

I enjoy cycling, sharing with friends, cooking etc. I am extremely clean and tidy and really enjoy having a home and not a party house to live in, so i would like to shae this space with someone similar.

Who I would like to live with: 
- Someone aged 30-45. 
- Professional in full time employment.
- You do not smoke
- You do not have any pets
- You are clean and tidy - You enjoy socialising but you have your own life.

About th costs:
The rent is £1450 for the ensuite room PC which includes monthly bills. Bills include, all cleaning products for communal areas, gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence, Internet Package and biweekly cleaner.
