2x Double Rooms in Battersea home 🏡

Hello there!

My two flatmates Jesse and Skye are sadly moving out of our lovely flat at the start of August having lived here for over a year, so I'm looking for 2 new flatmates to take their rooms and join me in calling this cosy place home :)

💸 Jesse's room (small double, £800pcm) will be available from 10 Aug, while Skye's room (large double, £1000pcm) will be available from 11 Aug. Bills are not included, and typically come to under £100 each month.

🏡 The flat has a really nice living room space where everyone can come together to relax and have a good ol' chat, a huge kitchen with lots of natural light and everything you'll need to whip up your favourite recipes, plus a spacious back garden that's especially great for the summer months. I'm definitely keen to keep the flat clean and tidy, as well as to maintain its calm and cosy feel!

📍Location-wise, you'll be able to comfortably walk to Battersea Park and the Power Station in 10-15 minutes, and there's a fair few bus stops just a couple of minutes away too.

🙋🏻‍♂️ A bit more about me: I'd describe myself as an easy-going guy who enjoys socialising and having his own space in equal measure. I've lived in London for 6 years now, originally moving here to study Psychology at UCL and now working as a Consultant for a digital insights consultancy. I tend to work from home 1-2 times a week maximum, so ideally you would have a similar working arrangement too.

🫶 I enjoy all things food, culture and staying active, so I'd love to have flatmates who are keen to hang out together (cooking & flat dinners, films & tv, going out for food and drinks, exploring the city etc) whilst respecting one another's own space. The current gender ratio in the flat works really well for us, so I'm keen to keep it as is.
