All girls friendly house in Battersea

Cozy furnished double room in sociable and stylish professional home in the heart of Clapham Junction.

You will be sharing with three lovely girls, we all met through spare room and so are very welcoming. We enjoy spending time with each other in the evening cooking & watching tv. We would like to find someone that fits into this dynamic.

We are ideally looking for a housemate who is going to treat the house as a home. Someone who is chilled, respectful, clean, tidy and occasionally up for grabbing a white chocolate matcha latte 🍵

The house is 8 mins walk from Clapham Junction Station, and 2mins walk to the big Asda. We are also super close to both Battersea park & Clapham Common.

*please note this room is not suitable for WFH

Rent is £675 for the room, and we pay approx £150 for bills (council tax, gas, elec, water, TV, WiFi & fortnightly cleaner). Every housemate takes on min 1 bill each.
We deal directly with our land lady who we have a good relationship with.
