2 Bed Riverview Flat in Battersea

We're looking for people to replace us in our tenancy from July 20th. Our tenancy is until April 16th 2026.

The flat is light and airy with views of Battersea bridge and includes:

- 2 double bedrooms
- balcony
- separate kitchen and living room
- 1 bathroom with double shower head
- shared garden
- off road parking available (with a permit)

The flat is part furnished but the majority of the furniture is ours. The coffee table, marble table and armchair are the landlord's. Everything else, including the sofa and the beds, is ours. We would be open to selling these.

Rent is £2400 per month for both rooms. We spilt this as £1125-£1275 because one room is bigger than the other.
Bills are not included in the rent but we tend to pay:
£50 for gas and electricity
£26 for wifi
£27 for water
+council tax Wandsworth band F if not a student.

Please note we are looking for someone willing to have the tenancy transferred into their name, so you would need to pass the estate agent's income checks and also pay the deposit. No short term inquiries please.
