Battersea double room

ROOM AVAILABLE IN BATTERSEA 1ST AUGUST!!

Hello! I am looking for one person to take over my room from the 1st of August in Battersea.

It is a 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom flat with a separate large living room and kitchen.

It is a 10 minute walk to clapham junction station or 10 minute bus / 15 min walk to battersea power station for the northern line. There is also a tonne of bus links right outside the flat.

It has an Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco or Lidl all within walking distance and plenty of pubs, bars and cafes around. You will be around 500m from battersea park so it is a great spot!!

You will be living with Lydia who works in Marketing and Steven who works in Finance. We all get a long well and are looking for a professional between 26-35! It’s a sociable house but we also respect each other’s space.

Rent would be £1208pm this includes bills as they are fixed. The only other costs on top of this will be wifi and council tax which is roughly £40 extra a month. A deposit is required to take the room.

The room is large with plenty of space for wfh.
