Spacious four bed flat in Clapham Junction

Sadly our longstanding flatmate is setting off to travel, leaving us with her lovely room to fill.


The room is available from the 08/07. We are looking for someone who’s willing to sign a 12 month lease from the 8th of August. *Disclaimer: the rooms would be sublet from the above date and then signing a 1 year lease from August (to accommodate our flatmate who’s leaving)

You would be living with Ash (28) a Secondary School Teacher and Zoe (26) a Speech Therapist. We are two Aussie gals making our way through London, we love sampling the local beer gardens, trying new restaurants, picnics in the park, nights in watching the tele and sharing a bottle of wine. We enjoy our own space and are usually quite busy in the week. We are looking a young professional, who preferably don’t work from home, who are would like to join a homey environment and are up to socialise as a flat.

The flat itself is in a great location we are between Clapham Common and Battersea Park; a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction Station, close to Northcote Road, lots of restaurants and pubs and grocery stores. The flat has a large kitchen and living area, 2 bathrooms (shared with 1 other person) and 4 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are double rooms with lots of storage space and good lighting. The room has a double bed, chest of draws, built in robe, blackout curtains and mirror.

Currently, we all pay an equal amount, £675 rent a month + £100 bills. We are in the process of renegotiating the lease and are hoping the rent will stay the same.
