Double Room in Friendly Battersea Flat!

Hello! Our current housemate is moving out so we are looking for a lovely new housemate.

The house:
The room is a double in a two floor flat in Battersea right opposite the park!! It is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished and the room has one built in wardrobe. The sitting room is also really big and we often hang out there in the evenings or at weekends. Also if you have a car you can apply for a parking permit on the street nearby.

Housemates:
We are Immy, Orla and Emma (27-30) all professionals working in various forms in the medical and global health industry. We are all friendly and active, in the evening we will either be at the gym, bouldering or cycling and then will come back to hang out together after. We are ideally looking for a girl who is up for socialising with the house with a mix of chilling at home and going to the pub/ pear tree etc but also respect your alone time too!

Rent:
Rent is between £860 to £920 per month (currently negotiating new contract price increase with the landlord) and bills come to £125ish each a month.
