Lovely and quiet location , 15 min walk from Clapham Junction and within 5 min walk from Clapham Common. We are looking for a professional considerate person, non smoker. There will be a proper lodger agreement with 6 months min stay , 1 month deposit and monthly rolling contract thereafter . There will be requirements for a 1 month deposit, and references . The room is newly decorated and has a bath facilities next to it. We are enclosing some photos of the common shared areas. The bills are included in the monthly rent ( share of the council tax , water , gas, tv licence, heating, complementary wifi and Netflix). Tel is not included.
