Double room in Balham

👋 A live in landlord looking for someone to stay at the property DURING the week.

📍 The flat is located between Balham and Clapham South Station.

Balham is ~6-7 minute walk, and Clapham South is ~8 minutes walk. It's probably better to walk to Balham as there's usually more space than Clapham South in the peak time. Balham also has links to Clapham Junction and Victoria.

🛍️ There's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Aldi are all super close to the flat.
🌳 Clapham Common and Tooting Common are also walking distance.

🛏️ The room comes with
- double bed
- wardrobe and drawers
- a desk and chair

While staying here you have access to the living space + balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The cost includes the price of all bills including wifi and tv. There is parking nearby if it's needed (costs around 9-10 a day). At the moment I have a cleaner twice a month for a few hours.

📅 Currently looking for someone to stay from the 7th of July. Open to requests for staying a shorter/longer duration per week, although priority for week day stays. The price will be adjusted based on duration. My flat is great for those seeking a place to stay that is relatively quiet or don't want to share with many people.

🐱 NOTE: I own a cat so you must like cats. She is very friendly and loves being around people.
