2 double rooms available in townhouse in Archway

Hello there,

I am looking for 2 new lovely housemates as both of my current housemates are moving out in August. Each room comes with a double bed and storage space (drawers, cupboards). One room overlooks the front and the other overlooks the garden. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms. There is also a garden and a spacious living room. Bills are not included but come out to about £135 per person pm. Council Tax band E. Available from August 6th.

This 3-bedroom house is set within a friendly gated community. It has fantastic transport links - Archway and Crouch Hill are about a 10-15 minute walk and Upper Holloway about 10 minute walk. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Whittington Park, Waterlow Park, Finsbury Park and Hampstead Heath are all within easy reach.

A little bit about me - I'm a 29 y. o. male working as a cardiac physiologist for the NHS, so I'm pretty much out of the house Mon-Fri until the evenings. In my free time, I keep myself busy with seeing friends/family, playing football, volunteering and a host of other things (which you are more than welcome to ask about if you want!). Ideally looking for other professionals close in age who will treat the house as their home. I'm pretty tidy when it comes to shared spaces (although I imagine most people say that) and am looking for people with a similar mindset. I'm happy to socialise together and equally respect when you might need some time to yourself.
