About your flatmate.
Hi my name is Adam (27), I am a surgical nurse working at UCLH. My shifts are long from 9-21:30 and I usually hit the gym afterwards so you won't see much of me on the days that I work (3/4 days a week, rarely nights and weekends but sometimes I have to). On days that I'm not working I like to do things such as:

Go to gigs and raves.
Swim in Hamstead Heath
Read in a Cafe
See friends
Or nothing, sometimes you just need to lay down in the recovery position in front of the tele

I'm a huge music nerd, occasional gamer, gym goer, food cooker, coffee lover, always up to chat about our days and to tell you about all the crazy stuff that happened at work.

About the area - Honestly, I love this area, we are close to numerous parks - being Whittington Park, Hamstead Heath, Waterlow Park and Finsbury park. This property is 5 minutes from Archway tube station on the Northern line, and can get you from your bed to the centre of London in 20 minutes. The nearest gym is 5 minutes down the road. Barber, pharmacy and local Supermarkets (Sainsburys, Tesco and Aldi) are all 2 minutes from our front door. Overground station Upper Holloway is less that 5 minutes from the front door. There are numerous affordable food options for 'in a pinch' jus outside, that has saved me tonnes on delivery. Cute cafes are abundant, and there are some great pubs about too.

About the property - This property is a 1st floor property situated on top of the Sainsburys/Paddy Power. We have a gated courtyard so its super safe and out of the way of the main street. We share a front door with the upstairs neighbours who are very nice, and we have never had issues regarding noise. The living room/kitchen is large and bright, perfect for hosting hangouts, relaxing ,wfh etc. Lots of kitchen storage space, gas top oven, washing machine and large fridge. There is a table for eating, board games etc. that can be folded up when needed and folded down when drying clothes. There is a dobby-esc under-stairs storage that can be used to store larger items, luggage etc. Our bathroom is divided into 2 rooms. 1 for toilet, other for sink and shower/bath.

Bedroom - Medium sized room, with a built-in wardrobe, 1 large private window overlooking the courtyard. Enough room for to set up a desk to wfh whilst still having enough space to store clothes, hobbies and trinkets.

What I am looking for in a flatmate:
I'm looking for someone social who will watch talk, watch tv etc. with me and not just stay in their room. Similar age to me would be preferable. Ideally, male and lgbtq+ but that's just a preference and not a requirement. I love having people over so I hope you'll feel comfortable having friends over to hangout and use out great living space.
