I'm looking for someone to replace me as a tenant for this very convenient flat. On Junction Road, it's extremely well connected, with Archway Station and Tufnell Park Station (northern line) being less than ten minutes away each and a bus stop right outside.

There are plenty of shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants around as well, and it's walking distance from Hampstead Heath. Archway is a wonderful location to live in.

The room comes furnished with a single bed and mattress, a built-in desk, a huge and deep wardrobe, and a bookcase. There is also a kitchen, a lounge, a bathroom, and a separate WC too.

You'll be living with three professionals. Leah, an account manager; Rahul, a software engineer; and Faryal, a barista. This is a flat where people mostly do their own thing, but everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

This flat would suit someone in their 20s-30s who's quiet, calm, and clean.
