The flat is really open and can get a lot of air and light. It is south facing so gets the sun on the balcony (which has a couple of deck chairs and soft astroturf grass feel) from morning until sunset.

The current housemate here works as a Civil Engineer in Farringdon and is back from around 6.30pm. Works out at the gym in Farringdon, a 10 minute walk away. Usually is out for drinks Friday night and is around other times, really casual around the flat, no dramas. Spends most of free time at home in the lounge, so social environment here.
