One of my flatmate is moving out so looking for replacement.

The flat is just around the corner from main st inside a gated complex so it's quiet.
You can go from your room to Sainsbury's in 1min 12seconds in your pyjamas ;). Angel tube station is 5 mins of walk away, with bus stop less than 2 mins of walk away.
It'll be available from Aug 19th onwards, if you like the place come check it out, it's usually gone quickly.
