Hi everyone. I have available a room in a spacious, bright new-build flat. It's furnished to a high standard, and is a great place to live. It's a really nice flat and I hope you like it too.

The room itself is fully-furnished currently with a bed, bedside table, a cabinet, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There's still space in there for a desk and a chair as well.

The flat is new-build, and worth a mention that it doesn't get hot in the summer! It stays a constant cool temperature all year round. There's a large TV, proper Sonos speakers, Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount, etc. The kitchen has got everything you'll need. The bathroom is a bathroom(!) There are Philips Hue lights as well in the flat. There's a balcony off the living room. There's a secure bike storage area downstairs for residents. The internet is ultra fast, 1Gbps.

The price includes the room, all the bills, and a cleaner twice a month.

We're incredibly close to North Acton station, Central Line zone 2 (less than a 4 minute walk door to platform!) and so there are super easy links to Ealing, Shepherd's Bush, Central London, and so on. We're also only 10 minutes from the Elizabeth Line (Acton Mainline), and 10 minutes from Willesden Junction (Overground and Bakerloo lines).

I'm looking to live with someone professional, easy to get along with, but still fun enough to be around. Of course, your time and your space is yours, naturally. I'm looking for a long-term flat mate dynamic, rather than a short-let.

You'd be living with me, Lewis, live-in landlord, and my dog Brian (a beagle, nearly 12). He's a very sweet, gentle, and sleepy dog. The flat is kept clean to a very high standard in this regard. I work in Local Government, and I'm in the office a couple of days a week or so. I go to the gym most days, and I'm usually out and about on the weekend, sometimes during the day, sometimes a night out (Soho, Vauxhall, Clapham).
