I am looking for someone to rent a room in this fully furnished bungalow in the lovely village of Laughterton. The bungalow offers a countryside escape, whilst being close to many of the local towns, and the city of Lincoln which is 20 minutes away by car. Also 10 minutes by car to Saxilby, and the A1, 15 minutes to Gainsborough, and 25 minutes to Retford and Newark where there are direct fast trains to London.

Outside area, comprises of a beautiful garden to the front and rear of the property. The rear garden is east facing, and benefits from an open field behind. There is a large patio area, with table and chairs, and plenty of driveway parking available.

The bungalow:

The lounge is light and bright, boasting a large bay window, and has comfortable seating, and a TV. There is a dining room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and bathroom with separate shower cubicle and bath. The bedrooms lead off from the hallway. There is also a double bedroom, via stairs, in the Dorma area of the bungalow.

There is a double garage which can be used as a storage area for small items. Anyone keen on gardening, feel free to lend a hand. Would suit a wildlife lover, as many birds and animals visit the garden.

Proximity to both Lincolnshire & Newark Showgrounds makes this an ideal spot to stay for events at either venue. Laughterton is also within easy driving distance of Robin Hood Country, which is approximately 17 miles away, where you will find the Major Oak.
