This room is very nice and comfortable and have its own en-suite.
The house is located in a very good location with walking distance to the hospital and Wigan Town centre. Bus stop is just outside the house.

There is lots of free parking in the area and a Spar and other shops just cross the street.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is clean, easy going, chilled out, friendly and who has respect for other roommates.

It is 1.1 mile from the train and bus stations in Wigan, takes 20 minutes walking and 0.8 miles from Royal Albert Edward Infirmary (15 minutes walking).

The house is spread over 2 floors with one modern fully fitted kitchen and contains a large American fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, hood and extractor, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dryer.

Rent paid monthly in advance (£134/week = £582.26/month).

Couples are welcome for an additional £35/week (£169/week = £734.35/month)
