I have two dogs - Jasper & honey & 10 chickens (perks to living here is fresh eggs).

Live in a quiet road just of Beach road, close to beach, plenty of shops and takeaways locally.
House:
Semi-detached with friendly neighbours, driveway, and decent size garden.
Room:
Fully furnished with Double bed (provide your own bedding), wardrobe, chest of draws, 2x bedside tables & wall mounted tv.
Requires two references - one from employer & one personal.
Deposit: £225 & 1 months full rent up front (£450+£225 = £675)
