Single or double room in shared flat Rutherglen

Double room (it will be empty)

Hello! I’m looking for someone to move in the spare room I’m gonna have available at the end of this summer, this is a long term rental.
The house is located in Main St Rutherglen just 7 min walk from the train station and right next to a bus stop, it’s got really good connection with city centre and Partick area.
The rent of the house is 625 % 2 = 300 per month, me paying a bit extra for slightly bigger room. The house has got 2 rooms and a living room, which is a bedroom atm, so it’s up to you if you wanna rent a single room and have a big living room, or rent a double room and use that single room as living room, I’ll post pictures with it. It’s also got a bathroom, kitchen and a small storage cupboard.
Council tax band B and bills paid separately every month. Normally it’s less than 500 (depending on what we spend with electricity and gas).
Also the house will be part-furnished, this meaning you’ll probably need to bring your own bed. There’s a sofa that can be turned into sofa bed if needed for a while aswell.
A bit about me, I’ve been living here for about 5yrs (I’m from Spain) I work in hospitality so I’m almost always at work during the week, I do enjoy my days off at home, but who knows, I’m always here and there. The same about my hours, some nights I might arrive at 3 am and then wake up the next morning at 8 am, hospitality rules 🤟🏼 I’m a really chill person and really easy to get on with.
